Refund and Return Policy – X Art Studio (Summary Version)

1- Irrevocable Purchase – No Returns or Refunds
All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible due to the digital nature of our products. Once the product has been delivered or download access granted, it is considered fully used, and no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are possible.

2- Digital Delivery Only
All products are delivered electronically through secure download links or email. No physical items are shipped, and no tracking numbers are provided. Customers must ensure they have a stable internet connection to complete the download.

3- Download Links & Access
Download links remain valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, expired links cannot be reissued, and a new purchase is required. Customers are strongly advised to download and back up their files immediately upon receipt.

4- Product Format & Compression
All products are delivered in RAR compressed format only. No ZIP or alternative formats will be provided. Customers are responsible for using suitable extraction software (e.g., WinRAR for Windows, 7-Zip for Windows, or The Unarchiver for Mac). X Art Studio is not liable for issues caused by unsupported software or customer inexperience with file extraction.

5- No Refunds for Specifications or User Expectations
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the product’s specifications, format (RAR only), usability, or personal expectations. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, system requirements, and licensing terms before purchasing.

6- License & Usage Restrictions
Upon purchase, customers receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal and commercial use. Redistribution, resale, file sharing, or repackaging of any product is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in license termination, permanent bans, and legal action.

7- Anti-Fraud, Chargebacks & Disputes
Successful delivery or download constitutes completed order fulfillment. Initiating chargebacks or disputes after receiving products is considered fraudulent. X Art Studio maintains delivery logs (order ID, timestamp, IP, device info) and reserves the right to provide evidence to PayPal, banks, or other payment processors, as well as to block abusive accounts.

8- Customer Responsibility for Accurate Information
Customers are solely responsible for entering accurate information (e.g., email address and payment details). X Art Studio is not liable for failed delivery, lost access, or inability to receive products caused by incorrect or invalid customer data. Purchases with incorrect details remain final and non-refundable.

9- Policy Updates
X Art Studio reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review policies regularly. Continued use of X Art Studio’s services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
